What is Tipping Point?
Tipping Point—a moment when balance shifts, and different forces lead to change. Shifts are weaved into the fabric of our society, the ecosystem of our planet, and in our personal journeys. Each one opens up a new pathway, a new possibility. Equilibrium is disrupted, yes, but an otherwise hidden outcome emerges in its wake.
What does a Tipping Point look like for you? For our community? Six incredible speakers spanning from across the globe to our local community will take the stage to inspire us to reflect, take action, and consider stillness. We invite you to join us for an evening of ideas, because ideas change people. And people change everything.

What is TEDx?
In the spirit of discovering and spreading ideas, TED has created a program called TEDx. TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. Our event is called TEDxIndianaUniversity, where x = independently organized TED event. At our TEDxIndianaUniversity event, TED Talks video and live speakers will combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events, including ours, are self-organized.
